Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Overall, your role as a Staff, Software Engineer supporting Adobe Experience Manager would involve a combination of technical leadership, solution design, development, integration, and maintenance activities aimed at delivering scalable, robust, and user-friendly digital experiences for the organization. You will help in driving the successful implementation, optimization, and maintenance of AEM-based solutions.

Must be self managing and able to use engineering data to independently make decisions that further compliance with enterprise goals Design and develop scalable solutions that fit product needs. Be leader by providing technical and architectural direction. Be able to review and understand product/business requirements and translate them into technical solution. Participate alongside product/project management in requirements gathering and writing processes.  Drive highly visible projects across the organization.

What you'll bring:

Required Technical Skills: Java, HTML, CSS, JS, ReactJS, Adobe Experience Manager, Apache Jackrabbit Oak, Apache Felix, Apache Sling, SQL, Cypress, Selenium, Git Preferred Skills: Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Linux, Elastic Search, Docker, Splunk Leadership Skills: Experience leading dispersed development teams; Experience using JIRA & familiarity with scrum framework; Experience interacting with and developing upon content management systems; Strong expertise in algorithms and data structures and able to provide guidance on both concepts to junior developers.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
