Lab Technician

Lab Technician & Quality Control
Pay: $23-25/hr, paid weekly.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 1 PM - 9 PM.
Location: Poestenkill, NY 12140.
Status: Temp-to-perm potential based on performance.

Summary:
Ensures quality standards across all production stages by supporting, maintaining, and monitoring quality systems to meet corporate policies, regulatory requirements, ISO standards, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, sample, and assess in-process, finished, and raw materials.
• Communicate quality standards and assist operators in achieving them.
• Manage calibration, complaint handling, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and nonconforming material.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; AS or BS in Chemistry or related field preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, food, aerospace) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform prolonged standing/bending.
• Factory/laboratory environment with exposure to chemicals, temperature changes, and moving parts—safety prioritized.
