We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

This is an onsite, in office role Monday - Friday.


Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, and payroll.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Perform account reconciliations and identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP)
  • Create and maintain detailed financial records
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management
  • Assist with external audits
  • May supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Senior Accountant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP)
  • Proven experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
