Care Professional Pay & Benefits:

$11.25-16.25/hr – Bi-monthly (2x/month) & direct depositHolidays shift rate at 1.5x your base rateMedical/Dental/Vision benefits, based on eligibility*Caregiver referral program*Paid time off (PTO)Paid training ($11/hr)Mileage reimbursement (in-visit travel )

Applicant Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)Available for 16+ hours per week during high-volume care hours (8 AM - 10 PM).

- weekend availability preferred but not required

- overnights (8p-8a) 12 hour shifts

Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulationsUse our industry-leading app and must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or AndroidMust have valid Driver’s License, valid car insurance, and reliable transportationComplete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screenMust be able to attend our full 2 day orientation session at our Hot Springs office 8a-5p on Mon. & Tues. or Wed. & Thur.

Care Professional Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and conversationMeal preparation and medication reminders1-on-1 assistance with hands-on, non-medical activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and dressing
