Sales Account Executive

They are searching for a Sales Account Executive to drive enterprise growth across Texas. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be at the forefront of their expansion, working remotely while traveling regularly across the state. With no cap on commission, the only limit is your ambition.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Develop and execute detailed sales business plans that align with VEERUM’s growth strategy.
- Conduct impactful presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that address client needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with enterprise stakeholders, including C-level, IT, and OT leaders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to understand client pain points and provide tailored solutions.
- Represent VEERUM at trade shows and conferences, enhancing brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of opportunity pursuits.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports in the CRM system.
What They Want to See on a Resume:
- Experience: 3-5 years of successful technology solution sales, preferably SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise software, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, IT, or an industry focus (Construction, Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools and office applications (e.g., Salesforce, Google Workspace).
- Availability: Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with a focus on Texas , Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. Ideal location is Houston for accessibility purposes.
- Mindset: A hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering results.
