Speech-Language Pathologist - Per Diem / PRN 
Weekly Rate: $55.00 - $57.00
Type of Work: PRN or Per Diem
Set up: SNF ( Sub-acute and Post-acute)

Educational Requirement: 
1. Bachelor's or master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
2. Experience and Licensing Requirements: 
3. Minimum 1 year working in an SNF setting and experience in Net Health (preferred) 
4. Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the State of California. 
5. Minimum of 1-year experience Preferred
6. New Grad are accepted too
7. Basic Life Support Certification

Job Summary: 
The Speech-Language Therapist (SLP) evaluates patients with communication disorders and swallowing deficits, plans and implements patient treatment, plans, and coordinates patient discharge, and prepares detailed progress reports and appropriate patient documentation. The SLP will also consult with the rehab team to coordinate the most effective speech therapy program.
