Job Description:

 

Every Word Code is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a creative mindset.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase site traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and cohesive digital content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing automation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization.
