What you'll do

  • Analyze, review, and present the 5YR financial forecast to the CFO on a monthly basis, and provides adhoc senior management support as needed
  • Collaborate with multiple groups across the company to build the 5YR Plan: division finance, fleet planning, network planning, revenue management, accounting and treasury
  • Works with Investor Relations to ensure proper guidance to investors throughout the year
  • Forecast all components of the 5YR financial plan including but not limited to: Fleet Plan, Capacity, Revenue forecast and initiatives, Industry growth projections, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, AC capex, Balance Sheet, Debt paydown progress, Lease Liability, Valuations

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in finance and/or accounting or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • MBA or Master's in Finance/Accounting
  • Experience with discounted cash flow models, forecasting, and financial analysis

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis preferred
  • Airline/travel industry and/or financial analysis/accounting experience preferred
  • Adaptability and flexibility in the use of analytical approaches pertaining to financial issues
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate proficiently with all levels of management
  • Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to work effectively in a variety of situations
  • Advanced aptitude in problem solving, including the ability to logically structure an appropriate analytical framework
  • Strong PC skills, especially with MS Excel and Access
