About the role

As a Founding Full Stack Engineer with a robust background in healthcare with exposure to AI, and data science. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our pioneering healthcare technology platform. This role is crucial in building and maintaining flexible, efficient, and secure software architecture for our platform. Your expertise will be essential in evolving our AI capabilities, enhancing our data integration processes, and ensuring our application remains intuitive yet powerful for both patients and healthcare providers. Your efforts will directly contribute to streamlining the healthcare experience and advancing the field of ACP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of our platform's software architecture.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate tech stacks, balancing innovation, practicality, and scalability.
  • Design and implement systems that are adaptable to changing healthcare industry needs and regulations.
  • Ensure efficient integration and data handling in line with healthcare compliance and best practices.
  • Implement and enhance data integration with EMR systems to ensure efficient and secure data flow.
  • Work in close collaboration with healthcare professionals to incorporate their insights and feedback into the platform.
  • Play a key role in setting the company's technical direction, building a technical team, and leading project development.
  • Individual contribution to all aspects of the codebase with best in class practices
  • Leadership role in onboarding future engineers and setting the quality standards for code and technical discussion
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and empathy, particularly in the context of healthcare technology.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on AI, data science, and healthcare-related projects.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare systems and EMR integration, with a preference for experience in healthcare technology.
  • Expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI and data processing.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and the specific technological needs of the industry.
  • Leadership experience, particularly in team building, project management, and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for healthcare technology innovation, and a commitment to creating user-centric solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for innovation and problem-solving within the healthcare technology landscape.
