Whatyou will bedoing:

  • Asthe Housekeeping Supervisor to the largest department within thehotel you will provide leadership and guidance to a diverse groupof colleagues with varying personalities while building engagementand a sense of value for the teammembers.

  • In addition todaily quality inspections you will exercise good judgment and astrong intuition to anticipate the needs of the guest as well asthe cleanliness of the hotels public and heart of houseareas.

  • Provide feedback tothe team and assist in the development of your team members skills.Use your leadership to ensure your team is set up to successfullyand seamlessly create a desirable experience for ourguests

  • Collaborate withcomanagers and assist where needed; this role may call for you towear many hats both on the floor and assisting with office dutiespaperwork and attending interdepartmentalmeetings. 

  • Monitorquality and guest satisfaction scores. Develop and implementprocedures and practices will support your team and positivelyimpact the guestexperience.
