WHO WE ARE:  We are a Torrance-based Health & Wellness studio committed to helping individuals lead healthier, stronger & more fulfilling lives through the latest recovery methods, including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, compression therapy, dry salt/halotherapy, & red & blue light therapy.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wellness Advisor/Front Desk Sales Associate and leading our CryoSkin program. This part-time position requires a flexible schedule to cover shifts in our studio and potentially at various events. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences to all members, prospects, and guests, ensuring a "WOW" factor.
  • Contributing to sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products and services, including specifically for our CryoSkin program.
  • Maintaining a professional, clean, relaxing, inviting, and enjoyable atmosphere/environment/image.
QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably with a background in sales.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and personable demeanor with a passion for the health and wellness industry.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.
  • CryoSkin/other hands on therapy experience a plus.

PAY & PERKS:

  • Hourly rate: $16.00/hour, with additional bonuses based on personal sales performance and client tips.
  • Enjoy complimentary and discounted services at Beach Cities Cryo & Wellness, including cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red and blue light therapy, infrared sauna sessions, salt therapy, and compression therapy.
  • Access to free and discounted services at partner businesses, such as complimentary passes to local workout and stretch facilities.

SCHEDULE:

  • Part-time, approximately 10-20 hours/week.
  • Shifts are Weekdays & Weekends and may be Half Days or Full Days.
  • Shifts Usually Begin an Hour Before Open & End 30 Minutes After Close | Current facility hours: M-Th: 10:00am - 6:00pm  |  Fri: 12:00pm - 5:00pm  |  Sat & Sun: 10:00am - 4:00pm.
