What You'll Do

We are currently seeking Part-Time Production Associates to work in various production areas at our Sparta facility. This position may be required to work in cutting, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, warehouse picking, packing or shipping.

The typical work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm – 8:30pm.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Manufacture products to specifications of each custom order Work in multiple areas depending on production needs: Cutting, Screen Printing, Embroidery, Sublimation, Warehouse Picking, packing and/or Shipping Maintain equipment and make adjustments to equipment as required. Identify and report defects to the area lead during the production process. Follow production schedules to produce product on time

We are seeking current students who are enrolled in school at a 2 or 4-year college or technical school. Anticipated start date is January 8, 2023

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Detail oriented and organized Ability to understand product specifications and product visuals Adaptable to a quickly changing environment Ability to learn multiple new tasks Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required upon acceptance of job offer; reasonable accommodation will be considered.
