Overview

As our  Legal Intern , you will get exposure to the many facets of corporate law. This includes everything from GDA processing and rolling out our corporate compliance process to involvement with developing plans around social responsibility and support across the ever-changing field of employment law.

Duration: 12 weeks (May-August)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Pay: $20/hour

Location: Itasca

Schedule:  Remote on Mondays & Fridays and in-office Tuesday-Thursday

During your time with us, you will... 

Complete Green Data Attributes processing to ensure we are meeting our sustainability goals Assist in the creation of the corporate compliance process and reporting structures that match industry best practice for an enterprise of our scope and diversity Develop a corporate social responsibility charter to capture the next evolution of our vision for social responsibility and capture our effort on philanthropy through DE&I and our Fellowes GIVE program Create reference guides to be used by our human resources department on the field of constantly evolving employment law
