Warehouse Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure receipt, storage, delivery and shipment of warehouse items in an efficient, timely manner Fill and deliver agency staff requests for supplies and deliveries Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping and/or receiving orders Submit appropriate back up documentation to the finance department in a timely manner for internal processing Responsible for acknowledging receipt of delivered items through use of the business software Retain warehouse inventory documents and forward to the purchasing agent for periodic review Responsible for proper storage and maintenance of agency file and inventory records Assist in the disposition of surplus property and/or equipment as directed Assist with warehouse maintenance and upkeep Operate sit-down forklifts, squeeze clamps/forklifts, and large scissor lifts Follow standard and established CDR procurement procedures Qualifications Minimum high school graduate or equivalent Operate sit-down forklifts, squeeze clamps/forklifts, and large scissor lifts Valid Drivers License
