We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, hardworking people to join Alcon As a Maintenance Helper/Custodian supporting the maintenance team, you will be trusted with performing custodial and cleaning work in Sinking Spring, PA.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Cleaning office areas – dusting, vacuuming, and restocking consumables

Cleaning hallways, common areas, and café – dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restocking consumables, etc.

Cleaning of environmentally controlled areas to FDA standards

Collecting and disposing garbage and recycling according to sanitation and operational standards

Dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment

Operating cleaning equipment (e.g., steam cleaners, floor polishers, etc.)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

Work Hours: Monday – Friday: 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM EST – 6:00 AM EST
