We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a  Senior Assurance Manager  to join the team in our  Greater Boston Region  for virtual and in office roles.

YOUR ROLE. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables Develop detailed engagement work plans Illustrate budgets and schedules Actively participate in proposals Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback

YOUR EXPERIENCE. 

The successful candidate will have:

Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required CPA designation is required 7+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
