Job Description

The Reverse Logistics department is seeking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Resale Coordinator that would be responsible for all steps of the resale process, including listing communication, sales tracking, and completing logistics and administrative duties, in a timely and professional manner. The resale coordinator will be the main Point of Contact for all resale related tasks and questions, working closely with the eBay and outlet Coordinators and the rest of the Reverse Logistics team to evaluate proper listing channels and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and streamline the flow of products for eBay, Outlet, internal and auction sales for all locations.

· Ensure accurate product availability and inventory management for resale items.

· Communicate with each location on sales transactions and shipping information.

· Ensure adherence to all Outlet, eBay, and auction guidelines.

· Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for sales.

· Foster a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all internal and external correspondence.

· Communicate with internal departments regarding order discrepancies or claims.

· Handle returns and refunds in sync with company policy.

Remote work qualifications Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection.
