We invite you to join our full scope Perinatology department where you will work with a highly engaged team of seasoned Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, a dedicated perinatology ultrasound educator, genetic counselors, clinical complex patient care coordinator, and specialized perinatal nurses, in a positive, collaborative environment committed to delivering high quality, patient-centered care. You will be a valued team member involved in the exciting expansion of our dynamic perinatology program in beautiful San Diego.

Professional growth, education, and unique service offerings:

·All new GE Voluson E10 imaging equipment at all clinical sites

·Monthly CME Perinatal Ultrasound Conferences and quarterly CME Prenatal Genetics Conferences

·Quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) program

·Perinatal Sonographer Preceptor Program

·Learn advanced imaging techniques (3D/4D) and protocols

·Exposure to ultrasound-guided invasive procedures

·Opportunity to train in fetal echocardiography

Position Pay Range: $54.27-$81.41/hour

Required Qualifications:

·ARDMS or CCI

·BLS American Heart Association

·Nuchal Translucency (NT)

·Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting

·Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·MFM Experience

·Fetal Echocardiogram is strongly preferred.

·Cervical Length Education and Review (CLEAR) certificate.

·Experience with complex anatomical ultrasound

·Completion of formal training/educational program in a school that is accredited by CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs)

·Experience working as a Perinatology Sonographer in a clinic or hospital setting.
