About the Role 

Your responsibilities will include capturing new customers, delivering growth and ensuring retention from the existing customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a sales background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers, product managers, and IT architects.

What You Will Do 

Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives. Prospect, qualify, develop and manage a robust pipeline of forecasted opportunities. Develop and execute against a account/territory plan to meet and exceed quota Collaborate and work with various cross-functional teams to manage the sales cycle Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners

Preferred Qualifications

4-6+ years of direct field experience selling software or IT solutions. Familiarity with databases, DevOps and open source technology a plus. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement.

US: Hiring Range: from $ to $ per hour; from $69,600 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
