Minimum five (5) years of experience in diversity management/consultation or active participation in workplace diversity and inclusion efforts (includes an internship, Employee Resource Group [ERG], and community experience).Minimum four (4) years of experience in facilitating presentations or training.Minimum five (5) years of experience working with diversity and inclusion concepts and programs.Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum five (5) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Masters degree in Business, Public Health, or a directly related field and Minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Minimum eight (8) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
Additional Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:Two (2) years programming/coding experience (e.g., SAS, Python, R, SQL, etc.).Two (2) years experience working with project management software.
