Candidates must be available Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Fridays 8 am - 6 pm. Some Saturdays 9 am- 12 pm may be required.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver exceptional member service, ensuring their needs are met with utmost care. Perform basic teller transactions accurately and efficiently, such as accepting deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, cashing checks, and issuing official checks. Resolve member issues and concerns promptly and professionally, or direct them to the right staff for resolution, ensuring their satisfaction and providing high-quality service. Listen attentively to members, identify their financial requirements, and recommend suitable Credit Union products and services to support team sales objectives.What You’ll Bring:
Preferred prior teller or customer service experience. Strong attention to detail and precision in financial transactions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional member service. Sales-oriented mindset, recognizing member needs and making suitable recommendations. Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and compliance. Flexibility in working hours and adapting to changing staffing needs.
