Duties : Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements and ensure those requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications. Data modelling to prepare logical and physical data models. Develop use cases, data flow diagrams, and sequence flows to define Business Process Modelling. Perform complex ETL processes (extract, transformation, and load) using multiple platforms. Directly engage with business and technical teams, product owners, stakeholders, and various levels leadership throughout the company to gather requirements, provide project updates and planning technical timelines. Synthesize and framework analysis into meaningful recommendations for senior executives; bridge the gaps between granular data and analysis to strategy. Build reporting dashboards with effective data visualization of large data volumes from various data sources. Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to track Agile development milestones and support Agile practices as needed. Facilitate and Implement change control process for impact analysis to scope, budget, and release timelines.

Job Location: Westlake, TX

Salary: $157,352 to $160,800 per year

What you have

Job Requirements : Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s related experience. Experience must include some experience in each of the following skills: Data Warehousing and Database platforms including MS SQL, Teradata, and Oracle; Data Modelling using Erwin; Data visualization using Tableau, OBIEE, and Business Objects; SQL & Python scripting using ETL Tools Informatica and ODI; Client facing applications using Salesforce; and Quality assurance defect management tools using HP ALM, JIRA and Confluence.

We offer a competitive pay and benefits package. Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above.
