As a Manager of Capital Construction, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.

Job Overview

This position will oversee and manage the Capital Construction Department and key projects as assigned across Deaconess Health System and its affiliates as well as act as a resource to the Director of Facilities & Capital Construction and Director of Real Estate and Planning
This position is responsible for the development of Departmental policies, budgets and long-range plans for Deaconess Health System.

What you will need

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a BS degree in Architecture or Construction Management Field or BS degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field. Requires a minimum of 10 years experience managing construction projects. Five years of which are managing large Healthcare projects. History of managing large construction teams.
