Cloud Leader – Sr. Principal or Director

This is a hybrid role aligned to our Minneapolis local market and candidates must be based in/or within commutable distance of the greater Twin Cities area.

As a leader within our Technology Enablement practice, you will work with clients to scope and shape solutions with an-outcome-oriented mindset, building relationships with businesses within the Twin Cities and delivering exceptional and sustainable results. You will help lead our team – coaching, mentoring, and promoting the growth of our team members to build expertise and expand our capabilities. You will be focused on the delivery of complex digital solutions – spanning the gamut from architecting applications, rationalizing technology decisions with a whole business mindset, building microservices, cloud migration, cloud native applications, APIs, AI, and more. What You’ll Bring

· Previous experience working with business stakeholders to scope and estimate levels of effort to deliver

· Demonstrated experience working with mid and senior-level executives

· 5+ years of direct management experience

· 5+ years architecting and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services

· Agile, DevOps and continuous delivery experience (pipeline design, automated deployment, automated acceptance testing, configuration management)

· Preferred certifications (AWS, Azure and GCP)

What You’ll Do

· Develop presentations for Slalom leadership teams around solution offerings

· Develop and deliver proposals to clients including content, budgetary estimates, and resource requirements

· Build conceptual architectures for cloud solutions

· Gather technical requirements, assess client capabilities, and analyze findings to provide appropriate solution recommendations and adoption strategies

· Collaborate and build delivery teams with the right skills to deliver the best outcomes

· Provide technical direction and oversight to software engineering and cloud implementation teams

· Collaborate as part of larger delivery teams which may include project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, and change management professionals

· Help foster community and excellence among Slalom’s product and cloud engineering team, as well as our broader Technology Enablement practice
