Summary

The Enerflex Broken Arrow team designs and fabricates Gas Processing and Treating modules and equipment. The Static Designer III – is a member of the Execution Engineering team for our Broken Arrow, OK location. They are primarily responsible for the accurate and timely completion of 3D Models, Fabrication Drawings and Bill Of Materials for vessels and towers on Gas Processing and Treating projects. All work must be performed consistent with company mission and values and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

Preparation of 3D Model, Fabrication Drawings and Bill Of Materials for pressure vessels, Tray Towers, Packed Columns and Tanks as per International codes (ASME, API) and Company/ Client standards. Preparation of Detailed drawings like Nozzle, Vessel support, Column internals, Packed Beds, Coalescers, Demisters, Platform/ Ladder, Pipe Supports etc. Performs modification on drawings as per client comment and standard. Ensuring that work done meets all acceptance criteria with respect to safety, quality and technical competency. Review GA & fabrication drawings for pressure vessel, heat exchanger, condenser, Column and Tanks as per International codes (ASME, API) and Company/ Client standards Interaction with other departments for clarification on information’s relevant to drawings undertaken Ensure On time/ On Budget metrics compliance Maintaining records of drawings and other documents as assigned by Discipline Managers/Lead/Senior Engineer/Lead Designer. Coordination with other Engineering Discipline Designers Requires employee to constantly type and use a computer and other office equipment, such as copier, printer, calendar, telephones, etc.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or Technical School Training in ME, EE, Computer Aided Design Technology or related field 8 years design experience of ASME Code pressure vessels, structural components or equivalent combination of education and experience Requires use of computers Requires use of computers, proficient using 3-D CAD design; proficient using complete Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), proficient with email system, Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions Clear and concise verbal and written communications

Preferred Experience & Skills

Auto Cad Proficient with email system - Microsoft Outlook preferred; Strong creative ability to design and develop mechanical, structural, electrical, electronic equipment Good organizational and planning skills Experience in related industry Working knowledge in gas process & treating Familiarity with any of the following tools: AutoCAD, COMPRESS, WRENCH.

Physical Requirements

Fast-paced general office environment. Many tasks have high degrees of time sensitivity. Domestic and international travel is possible on occasion.
