As a Human Resources Business Partner at MRA, you may support our member companies in various ways with:
- Day-to-Day HR Support
- Consulting and Coaching
- Advise on policies and procedures
- Analyze sensitive HR issues, recommending appropriate response plans
- Employee Relations
- Conflict Resolution & Workplace Investigations
- Employee Handbooks and Policies
- Review and develop handbooks
- Review and create policies
- Benefits Administration
- Employee Payroll Processing & Administration
- HR Project Management
- Audits & Compliance
- Evaluate HR functions for compliance and best practices
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities
- HR Systems Implementation & Integration
- Select, implement, and streamline HR systems
- HR Strategy
- Create and refine overall HR strategies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree and experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Ability to travel up to 1 hour each way to member work locations
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
