As a Human Resources Business Partner at MRA, you may support our member companies in various ways with:

    • Advise on policies and procedures
    • Analyze sensitive HR issues, recommending appropriate response plans

    • Review and develop handbooks

  • Employee Payroll Processing & Administration

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree and experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Ability to travel up to 1 hour each way to member work locations
  • PHR/SPHR certification a plus
