What You'll Do:

Lead payroll processing for the semi-monthly payroll for US & Canada, monthly payroll for New Zealand and UK, and weekly payroll for Australia, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds.Play a crucial role in maintaining payroll compliance, including tax reporting, PTO validation, and benefit bill reconciliation, safeguarding Avetta's adherence to regulatory standards.Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and streamline processes, leveraging tools like advanced filtering, xlookup, and pivot tables to drive efficiency.Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with team members under pressure to meet deadlines, demonstrating your ability to manage priorities and deliver results.

What You'll Bring:
