This role is essential to identifying, onboarding, and developing individuals who will contribute to the districts growth, including Farmers Insurance Agency Owners, Protege Program participants, and agency staff.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective plans to source high-caliber candidates for agency ownership, Protege participants, and staff roles.
  • Source and Screen Candidates: Leverage platforms such as Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, and social media to identify and screen potential candidates.
  • Manage Job Postings: Craft and manage job advertisements across platforms to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Support Agent Development: Assist in onboarding new agents and staff, ensuring proper licensing, training, and compliance.
  • Build Candidate Pipelines: Maintain a consistent pool of prospects for immediate and future staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with Agents: Partner with agency owners to identify staffing requirements and provide recruiting solutions tailored to their needs.

Requirement
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, insurance, sales, or management is required.
  • Proficiency in Platforms: Expertise with Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Strong background in sales and marketing to identify and attract top-performing candidates.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to connect with and inspire candidates.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Insurance: Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus, especially regarding licensing and compliance requirements.
