Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Banking Center Coordinator with coordination of procedures, branch operations and improving efficiencies among banking centers. Ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided to our customers. Responsibilities: include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned. Answer phones, respond to department emails and maintain department intranet page. Assist in correspondence of policies, procedure, and general communications. Coordinate branch currency and coin orders, weekly Fed cash orders and shipments, and monitoring activity and balances of offsite vault. Complete daily GL entries and balancing for branch and bank currency and coin orders and shipments; research and resolve any discrepancies involving the armored truck vendor and Fed. Maintain the bank supply of official checks, money orders, and new account kits and filling branch orders for items upon request. Answer branch questions regarding Teller, new accounts, ATM, recycler, and cash balancing controls and operations. Assist with administering a variety of programs including NuPoint, Teller, platform, security, and supplies. Assist with a variety of current and ongoing projects including new facility rollout, equipment purchases, vendor management, and capital expenditure reporting. Assist in maintaining overall standardization and consistency among banking centers.  Oversee the branch self-audit process, including tracking, and reviewing branch submissions and exception item follow up.  Assist with contracts and invoices including branch equipment purchases, maintenance, cleaning contracts, trash contracts, pest control, merchant processing, supply ordering and branch approvals, cash advance services, official forms and armored truck services, Chex System, etc. Assist in ensuring that banking center staff maintain and comply with proper security, compliance, and operations policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation of administrative reports, analysis, invoicing and other reports as required. Assist with meeting setups, scheduling and preparing presentation material. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks and meet required deadlines. Ability to think critically and use good, sound judgment in decision making. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies, outside auditors and accountants, Board of Directors or other members of management. Ability to write routine correspondence and communicate effectively and tactfully, orally and in writing with employees, customers, vendors and management. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.  Must understand and comply with company policies and procedures.  Ability to deal with several abstract or concrete variables simultaneously. Ability to oversee goals and projects and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.  Ability to maintain a friendly, helpful and courteous attitude when working with customers or co-workers under diverse conditions. Ability to accurately and quickly complete standard mathematical calculations.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to interpret various ratios and relationships inherent in common or specialized financial reports. Ability to project future results or consequences from different alternatives or variables. Ability to use a calculator, computer and applicable software programs including various lending programs. Ability to use Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Outlook and Excel.
