JOB SUMMARY
The Revenue Cycle Lead Training and Development Specialist will ensure all team members are adequately trained on the PMS Systems and are able to successfully pass required assessments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
3 years of healthcare experience related to PB Epic Application. - Required 3 years of experience with using Microsoft Office products.- Required. Knowledge of adult learning theories and the basics of instruction design. -Required. Required Licenses/Certifications
PB Epic Certificationpreferred
Essential Functions:
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Professional Billing Epic and eClincial works trainer. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure. Required knowledge, skills, and ability:

Ability to represent the Department in a professional manner when interacting with patients, guests, physicians and their staff Ability to follow through with customers
