Position: Part-time phlebotomist for Mental Health patients
Location: Englewood, CO  - Adult Inpatient Facility
Hours: 16 hours per week
Rate: $22- $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform blood draws on patients between 6:15 am and 8 am.
  • Process and prepare lab specimens for external lab submission.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during blood draw procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of blood draws and lab submissions.

Flexible Schedule Options:

  • Four 4-hour shifts per week
  • Five 3-hour shifts per week

Qualifications:

  • Experience or comfort in drawing blood from adult inpatient mental health patients.
  • Medical Assistant or Laboratory Support Staff with phlebotomy experience is acceptable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Must have a Medical Assistant diploma OR certification.
  • Must have recent experience as a Medical Assistant.
  • Must have two (2) great manager or supervisor references. 
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen. 
  • Must have a current American Heart Association-approved CPR Health care Provider Card. 
  • Must have proof of current TB placed within the past 12 months.
