CompanyOverview:

Our client is seekingan experienced and resourceful Intermediate HR Advisor to join ourteam in Dublin.

PositionOverview:

The Intermediate HRAdvisor will be key in providing comprehensive HR support acrossthe business. This role requires a blend of operational andstrategic HR expertise as the successful candidate will be involvedin employee relations recruitment policy development and HRprojects. This position is ideal for someone who has solid HRexperience and is ready to take on more responsibility andcontribute to the development and of HR strategies.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Actas a primary point of contact for employee queries guiding HRpolicies procedures and employment law.
  • Manage employee relations cases includingconducting investigations handling disciplinary processes andresolving grievances.
  • Support managers in performance managementactivities including facilitating performance reviews andimplementing development plans.
  • Assist in the development and of talentmanagement and succession planninginitiatives.
  • Support theonboarding process for new hires ensuring integration into thecompany culture.
  • Contribute to developing reviewing andimplementing HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance withIrish employment law.
  • Stay informed on changes in employmentlegislation and recommend updates to company policies asneeded.
  • Ensure HRpractices comply with GDPR and other relevantregulations.
  • Identifyorganisational training needs and collaborate with the HR Managerto design and deliver appropriate trainingprograms.
  • Monitor andevaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives providingfeedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports tosupport decisionmaking and strategicplanning.
  • To inform HRinitiatives and provide insights on workforce trends turnover ratesand employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toimplement HR initiatives that align with businessobjectives.

KeyRequirements:

    • A degree in Human Resources Business or a relatedfield.
    • CIPD qualification is strongly preferred.
    • 35 years ofHR experience focusing on employee relations recruitment and HRpolicy development.
    • Proven experience in managing employeerelations cases and providing HR advice to management.
    • Experiencewith HR systems and data analytics is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge ofIrish employment law and HR bestpractices.
