Qualifications

Required:

8 years’ relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry 5 years of experience working in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry or with A&D clients Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP Materials Management (MM) Implementation experience with SAP APO/Production Planning (PP/DS) or Spare Parts Planning (SPP)  Experience with SAP Manufacturing Execution (MES), and/or Production Engineering and Operations (PEO) Participation in at least 4 end-to-end SAP Supply Chain implementations with A&D clients, with at least 2 in a Lead role Experience leading blueprint design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders S4 HANA implementation experience Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Desired:

Experience with government contracts and billing process and working with solutions like DASSIAM and COGNITUS Prior “Big 4” consulting experience Experience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs  Experience managing senior-level client relationships Experience with developing eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materials Implementation experience with SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies Signavio experience  Greenfield implementation experience  Master’s degree

Wages + Salary

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
