Role: KFC Team Member
As the face and voice of our brand, YOU play a pivotal role in setting the mood for our KFC customer journey, bringing the iconic KFC menu to life. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity for those with a passion for service, attention to detail, and a love for a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a smile, both in-store and at the drive-thru.
- Ensure order accuracy and food preparation standards.
- Address any service or food-related concerns promptly.
- Uphold food-safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay: $16.28 to $25.00 per hour.
Benefits:
- Paid sick time, (PFMLA)
- 401K retirement benefits after 1000 Hours of work.
- Bonus opportunities, including complimentary meals during shifts.
- Medical and Dental (after one year, must average 30+ hours / week)
Eligibility: Must be 16 years or older to join the Northwest Restaurants family of companies.
