Our office in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Project Coordinator. The individual selected will be responsible for helping to plan, coordinate and control the implementation of projects and initiatives within the Marketing Communications department. Drive projects to successful completion for timely delivery.

Responsibilities: 

Coordinate the project management of projects across internal and external marketing communications. Work closely with external and internal clients to ensure timely delivery of media and creative assets. Help to develop project objectives based on defined customer requests Work to define activities, tasks and production schedules required to complete a project. Produce and appropriately distribute project documentation and seek to utilize project management best practices. Lead and participate in project meetings and provides direction in project decision making Carefully review all project deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with the Amica brand Ensure satisfactory transfer of project upon completion and close all project documentation and archive appropriate records. Build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs. May be called upon to handle other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 2 -3 years related experience required  Strong organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Strong team approach and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. 

Salary

This position is 37.50 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the core hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. Our starting annual salary for this position is $65,752 and may be negotiable based on level of experience.
