Position Overview:

As the Corporate HR Manager at Kingston Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. You will lead a team of HR professionals to drive strategic HR programs that support our mission and values while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Work will be performed in-person at our corporate office in downtown Toledo, OH.

Primary Responsibilities:

Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development. Oversee all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for approximately 75 home office employees. Oversees the daily workflow of the department. Acts as a trusted advisor to company leadership and decision-makers in all aspects of employee relations. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace. Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity; recognition; and morale; occupational health and safety. Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to the leadership team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 (five) years of human resource management experience with a team of 5 or more people. SRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred. Healthcare industry experience will be highly regarded.
