We are seekingexperienced IT Application Support/Application MaintenanceSpecialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess astrong background in SAP ISU CCS SAP MDM SAP Basis and Data Power.You will be responsible for providing expert support andmaintenance across these areas ensuring optimal performance andreliability.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Provideapplication support and maintenance for SAP ISU CCS modulesincluding Billing FICA Customer Management Device Management andPrintWorkbench.
  • Manageand support SAP MDM and SAPBasis.
  • UtilizeData Power for effective application integration andsecurity.
  • Troubleshootand resolve issues ensuring minimal disruption tooperations.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to implement improvements andupgrades.
  • Documentprocesses configurations and system changes to maintain operationalefficiency.
  • RequiredSkills andExperience:


Requirements
  • 712years of handson experience in IT Application Support/ApplicationMaintenance.
  • Indepthknowledge of SAP ISU CCS SAP MDM SAP Basis and DataPower.
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or aspart of ateam.
  • Excellentcommunication skills to interact with stakeholders at alllevels.
  • WorkLocationRequirement:
  • Thisposition requires working onsite at our Carney s Point NJ locationfor 3 days per week (TuesdayThursday). Candidates must be willingand able to comply with this requirement as part of theirapplication.
