Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Execution:

  3. Vendor and Partner Management:
    • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to procure necessary resources, services, and expertise for project execution.
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
  4. Risk Management:
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Proactively address challenges and obstacles to minimize project delays and disruptions.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and user expectations.
    • Conduct regular quality reviews and inspections to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  6. Executive-Level Communication:
    • Prepare and deliver clear and concise project status reports, presentations, and updates for executive stakeholders.
    • Translate technical concepts and project metrics into actionable insights and recommendations for executive decision-making.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team, encouraging feedback, learning, and knowledge sharing.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, particularly in IT solutions and data management.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and platforms, including Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow, and SmartSheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration towards common goals.
  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum Master are a plus.
