We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Management Systems Coordinator for our Fredericksburg location .

Job Description

1. Administration of the Company's Management Systems in the following areas:

Documentation Management Create, update and maintain Company's timely routing and approval of documents for , release, and archive of all system documentation to include internal and external forms, instructions, and supporting documents such as records and documents. Review and release Company records for inspections as required by Management System. Process and Procedure UpdatesContinually assess current processes and procedures looking for efficiency and effectiveness Management Systems Lead Coordinator with internal process updates. AuditsCoordinate and schedule annual internal internal audits as in external Management Systems internal audits for processes where and edit all audit report results prior to , coordinate, and monitor all Management Systems corrective and preventive actions and updates. Customer Complaint Process - Monitoring and processing of complaints entered into Company's CRM module.

2. Provide training on Company's Management Systems to employees, as required.

3. Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's Management System.

4. Perform all other duties assigned by the Manager.

The successful candidate’s background will include: 

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2-3 years' onsite experience in a business environment. Expert verbal and written English proficiency. 3-5 years' experience in electronic record keeping. Good in person and written communication skills to include meeting facilitation Good phone skills. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat. Regular physical attendance at the worksite. Some travel is required, including by air.

Preferred Qualifications:

AA or BA degree. Internal and external audit experience. SAP experience. Six Sigma or lean manufacturing experience. Project management experience. Environmental, Health and Safety system experience.
