The ideal Account Executive is personable, a self-starter, has a strong work ethic, and is results driven. They should embrace individuality, have ability to encourage new ideas and support one another to meet sales goals and objectives. As a team member you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where learning and developing a strong sales acumen are an important part of company culture. 

Team members will develop daily workflow with territory specific strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans; along with developing and maintaining lasting relationships with each account. He/she will balance business retention, business expansion and new account cultivation to drive revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team members sell Ormco products and solutions required to meet and/or exceed assigned quotes and goals. Primary focus is to win, expand and retain Ormco business within each assigned account. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. Assist customers through email, order inquiries, phone and webinar presentations. Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customers. Have the discipline for multiple customer touch points throughout the day. Be effective and comfortable working in an outbound call capacity environment. Handle and overcome objections. Develop a trusted advisor and resource-based relationship with customers. Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product. Responsible for working with Customer Care team to onboard and integrate new customers. Ensures customers receive product orders, support information and service in a timely fashion. Influence doctor and staff to purchase and commit to using Ormco and AOA and Spark products. Collaborate and coordinate with Spark Territory Managers on account maintenance and growth. Be knowledgeable of competitors and new products in the market. Consistently works to improve personal knowledge and sales skills to add greater value to all Ormco customers, potential customers.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university Minimum 2 years of business to business sales experience Must be willing to work the hours associated with the time zone of the territory (East Coast) Proven selling and customer relationship and territory management skills with the ability to navigate a sales process, maintaining existing relationships, and building in-roads into new/competitive accounts. Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business and territory planning. Proven effective verbal, computer, written and presentation/communication skills. Demonstrates ability of critical and agile thinking Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (SF.com or Dynamics)

Preferred Qualifications

Strong clinical and technical knowledge in the Orthodontic industry, with the confidence to knowledgably engage customers, preferred. Medical device selling experience preferred. Proven history of hitting key call metrics and KPIs Professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal stakeholders Strong emotional intelligence Self-starter, self-motivated Ability to quickly adapt and respond to job, environmental, and industry changes. Proven selling and customer relationship and territory management skills with the ability to navigate a sales process, maintaining existing relationships, and building in-roads into new/competitive accounts Fluent in English/Spanish is a plus

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
