The Coordinator, Customer Account Services will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of clients' orders are analyzed, processed, and monitored in a timely manner. Provide operational support for multiple key wholesale accounts which generate at least $50 mil in revenue.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitors customer order flow and services multiple customers and facilities. Daily processing of customer orders for major retail customers. Provides effective support and order coordination from forecast to confirmed shipping. Coordinates special requests, promotions, and sales activity between customers and facilities. Supports Account Executives (AE’s) in managing allocations while following strict deadline expectations. Partners with distribution center and inventory control when researching discrepancies, and partners with transportation to ensure shipments are following timetables. Ensures account contractual obligations are met through problem solving and analytical skills. Troubleshoots orders as needed. Analyzes discrepancies and works with relevant stakeholders to reconcile. Builds relationships with field personnel and corporate partners. Works closely with wave planning and allocation personnel to prioritize customer shipments. Acts as a liaison between the distribution center and the customer in the administration of accounts. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

3+ years Customer Service and/or Supply Chain experience. BA/BS Preferred. Ability to analyze data and proactively identify business opportunities. Strong organization and communication skills and ability to multi-task. Excellent written and interpersonal skills. Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric teamwork environment. Good attitude for problem solving and willingness to find answers when there is no clear roadmap. Strong aptitude for learning new software systems and applications. Comfort and speed with PC applications such as MS Excel, Solid Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of EDI orders, SAP or similar ERP or WMS systems
