Spray Foam Technician

Central States Commercial Roofing is excited to announce an open position for a Spray Foam Technician. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team on a full-time basis. The position offers a unique opportunity to work within an innovative and dynamic environment, focusing on providing high-quality roofing solutions. The role is hands-on and requires a presence on-site, as it is not a remote job.

As a Spray Foam Technician with Central States Commercial Roofing, you will be part of our key operations, contributing directly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with some of the most dedicated professionals in the industry, using the latest technologies and techniques in commercial roofing systems.

• Perform site evaluations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Prepare and clean surfaces prior to application of spray foam products.
• Mix and prepare spray foam chemicals according to manufacturer’s directions and specifications.
• Operate spray foam equipment to apply products on roofing structures.
• Monitor the quality of spray foam application to ensure it meets the project’s thickness and density specifications.
• Conduct necessary maintenance and repairs on spray foam equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage overspray from spray foam equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Educate clients on the benefits of spray foam insulation and proper maintenance practices.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, tasks performed, and work hours for each project.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety standards related to spray foam roofing.

• 2 years experience as a Spray Foam Technician or similar role in the roofing or insulation industry.
• In-depth knowledge of spray foam products, equipment, and application techniques.
• Strong understanding of construction and roofing principles.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in building trades or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent physical condition and stamina with the ability to carry heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with team members.
• Adherence to all safety protocols and ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
