Job Summary

Job Description

.RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION DESCRIPTION

 Responsible for corrective action by using a variety of analytical and statistical tools.

 Review customer complaints and drive resolution.

 Quality Develop, implement, monitor, and control QA system to assure product quality based on customer and/or product specifications.

 Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality problems.  Develop, motivate, and train qualified personnel to QA standards.  Develop Control Plans, FMEA’S, Flow Charts, etc.

 Provide customer complaint summary and trends to all personnel

 Improve QA system procedures and instructions.

 Secondary Functions Train personnel in QA procedures, instructions, etc.

 Monitor cost of quality, reduce wastes and non-value-added activity.  Layout and use of measuring tools.

 Internal Auditing of QMS and support processes.

Qualifications:  2-4 years of experience

 Bachelor's degree in applicable engineering field

Salary Range: 78K - 95K DOE
