Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Onsite IT Support Engineer to join our team. The engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to end users' PCs, software, and hardware. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365, Azure AD, and hardware diagnostics. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment and have strong communication skills to interact effectively with end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for end users' PCs and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and Autopilot deployments.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Work within Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft Endpoint Manager to manage user accounts and devices.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware-related issues, including contacting HP for warranty repairs when necessary.
  • Assist with software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
  • Ensure all support tasks are documented and tracked for future reference and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware components and ability to diagnose hardware issues.
  • Experience troubleshooting Autopilot deployments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical end users.
  • Experience in working with HP warranty repair is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar.
  • Previous experience in an onsite technical support role.

Pay: $31 per hour

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 am-5 pm
