Overview:
Responsible for selling and closing homes while optimizing the new home sales customer experience in the assigned community.
Essential Duties:
Education and Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. California Real estate license as required by state law. Minimum of 1-2 years of previous sales experience required. New home sales experience preferred. Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures. Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry preferred. Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations. Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Why Work for Trumark?
