What we expect from you
Our candidate has a strong customer focus, initiative, and a can-do attitude. We're looking for real team players who can take and receive direction well and accomplish many tasks during one of our action-packed shifts. Whether you're wearing a headset and manning the drive-thru, greeting customers and running the register, preparing menu items, loading stock or keeping the restaurant clean and inviting, your accuracy and attention to detail are qualities that will make you a star player on the Wendy's team.RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with customers in a pleasant and up-beat fashion Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest Maintain a neat and clean appearance Follow food safety procedures Maintain safe working conditions Anticipate and identify problems and help find solutions Follow the direction of the Shift Supervisor and/or Wendy's managerQUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 14 years old High school or high school equivalency diploma preferred Willingness to work on your feet Up-beat and engaging personality Able to lift 20 to 50 pounds to waist levelThis location is an independently owned and operated franchised restaurant.
