Job responsibilities

Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects Strong understanding of the Liquidity domain with functional understanding of various products such as securities, securities financing, derivatives, etc. Ability to query data and extract intelligence using tools like SQL
