WinnCompanies is looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our military housing team at Fort Cavazos, TX. In this role, you will maintain the warehouse by stocking materials, supplies, and tools efficiently. You will also assist the technicians by issuing equipment, checking materials in and out, and receiving parts.

Responsibilities

Support providing supplies to technicians and employees for maintenance activities by issuing equipment materials, supplies and tools physically and electronically. Maintain the warehouse by physically and electronically stocking materials, supplies, and tools efficiently. Ensure safe, clean, and tidy warehouse and maintenance facilities and comply with proper safety and environmental policies for storage and recording and reporting requirements (including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all materials). Maintain tool and equipment logs for all Project owned tools. Ensure all are maintained in working order. Inform Maintenance Manager of Director of Maintenance of tool and equipment requirements. Support regular warehouse and vehicle inventories in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain refuse and recycling collections for maintenance operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Less than 1 year of relevant experience. A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. Knowledge of basic maintenance skills. Superb attention to detail. Ability to utilize a mobile device effectively. Ability to speak and understand basic English.

Preferred Qualifications

Vocational or technical training. Forklift operation certification.
