We are seeking a professional and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our growing, dynamic team. Our office is in Wakefield, MA, but like many positions, this role can be performed virtually.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, profiling and qualifying clinical candidates (nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists) who may want to become part of our care team. An engaging personality, strong phone presence, sense of humor and professional image are keys to this role. Recruiting experience is preferred, but our industry is specialized, so we can and will cultivate, train and grow the right person. New College Grads welcome to apply. Base salary plus commission.

What we are seeking:
* We will train and develop candidates with the right mix of dedication and determination and those who embody our purpose and core values.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We use phone, email and text (through our candidate management system) heavily in our outreach and ongoing communication with candidates.
* Willingness to train and learn our process, work flow and systems.
* With training, the ability to work independently.
* Ability to multi-task and respond to multiple demands as you get comfortable in the role.
