Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively connect with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.

Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage and address inquiries and requests through phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Policy Development: Develop comprehensive insurance policies tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring optimal coverage and benefits.

Cross-selling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance client insurance portfolios through additional products and services.

Industry Updates: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide the most current and effective advice.


Requirement

Licensing: Current TX Property & Casualty License is a must.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell and close deals effectively.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with team members and contribute to a supportive work environment.

Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the insurance industry.
